Homemade Orange Jam (Marmalade)

🍯 Cook the Jam

  1. In a saucepan, add chopped oranges, peel, lemon juice, water, and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Reduce heat → simmer 35–45 minutes until thick and glossy.
  4. Stir occasionally so it doesn’t burn.
  5. You know it’s ready when:
