  • 3 cups bread cubes (day-old is perfect)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley or oregano

🍲 Instructions

1. Make the Croutons (10 minutes)

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

2. Start the Soup
