- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, adds depth)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water (optional, for thicker gravy)

1๏ธโฃ Sear the beef
Pat beef dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Sear beef on all sides until deeply browned. Remove and set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Build the flavor
In the same pot, add onions and cook 4โ5 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Return beef to the pot.
Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
