- Cook the Fries
- Bake or fry your French fries until crispy. Set aside.
- Prepare the Steak & Veggies
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter.

- Assemble the Fries

- Sprinkle shredded provolone evenly over the top.
- Melt the Cheese
- Place under the broiler for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley if you like.
- Serve immediately while hot and gooey!
