Add broken lasagna noodles directly into the pot. Simmer until tender (about 10–12 minutes), stirring occasionally. - Prepare the cheese mixture
In a small bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. - Serve
Ladle soup into bowls, top with a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
