Ingredients:

  • 800 g pork (shoulder or leg), cubed
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic (or more if you like strong garlic flavor)
  • 2 tbsp oil or lard
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp hot paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tomato, chopped (optional)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 500–700 ml water or broth
