
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sparkling water (or regular water)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet version)
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, and oil.
- Gradually add flour, whisking until smooth and thin.
- Let batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat thinly.
- Cook 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
- Stack cooked crepes and keep covered.

- Apricot jam
- Sweetened cocoa powder
- Nutella or chocolate spread
- Sweet cheese (túró)
Roll or fold and serve warm.
