🇭🇺 Palacsinta (Hungarian Crepes)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Make the batter:
    In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sparkling water, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour while whisking until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Stir in oil or melted butter.
  4. Let batter rest for 15–20 minutes.

  1. Cook the crepes:
    Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
  2. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to form a very thin layer.
  3. Cook for about 1 minute, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
  4. Stack and keep covered.

  1. Fill & serve:
    Spread your favorite filling, roll or fold.
