  • 100 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 1 pinch salt

For the filling:

  • 300 g ground walnuts
  • 150 g sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 200–250 g apricot jam

For the chocolate glaze:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
