
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Cook the pasta
- Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- Prepare the bacon
- In a skillet, fry the bacon pieces until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Keep some of the bacon fat in the pan.
- Combine the base
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Assemble & serve
- Stir in half the crispy bacon. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the rest of the bacon on top.
🍴 Serving Tip:
Serve warm as a main dish with a cucumber salad on the side, or enjoy it as a hearty side to Hungarian favorites like pörkölt (stew).
