- Cream butter & sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs & vanilla. Beat well, then mix in mashed bananas.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt) in a separate bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing gently until just combined.
- Bake 30β35 minutes (9×9 pan) or 50β60 minutes (loaf pan), until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool & enjoy plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or frosted with cream cheese frosting for extra indulgence.
