Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. - Roll and cut:
Roll out dough thin and cut into small triangles or squares. - Fill:
Place a small amount of filling on each piece. - Shape:
Roll into crescents (kiffles/kifli shape). - Bake:
Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden. - Finish:
Dust generously with powdered sugar while still warm.
