π Ingredients (Makes about 24 Kiffles)
For the Dough:
β 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour πΎ
β Β½ tsp salt π§
β 200g (7 oz) butter, cold and cubed π§
β 100g (Β½ cup) sour cream π₯
β 1 egg yolk π₯
β 1 tsp vanilla extract πΏ
For the Filling (Choose One or Mix & Match!):
β Apricot or raspberry jam ππ
β Ground walnuts + sugar + milk π°
β Poppy seed filling π±
β Sweetened cream cheese π§
For Topping:
β 1 egg white (for brushing) π₯
β Powdered sugar (for dusting) β

1οΈβ£ Make the Dough
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in sour cream, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix until dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and chill for at least 1 hour.
