Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, egg, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Knead well and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Combine minced pork with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and a little cold water. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small circles.
  4. Place a small amount of filling in each circle and fold into dumplings, sealing edges tightly.
  5. Cook in boiling salted water for 5–7 minutes until they float.
  6. Remove and serve hot, optionally with sour cream, butter, or fried onions.
