Ingredients:

For the dough:

• 500 g flour
• 1 egg
• 200 ml water
• 1 tsp salt

For the filling:

• 500 g minced pork
• 1 onion, finely chopped or grated
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and black pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
• 2–3 tbsp cold water (for juiciness)
