Ingredients:
1 kg beef tripe, cleaned and sliced
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp oil or lard
2 tbsp Hungarian paprika
1 tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 bay leaf
500–700 ml water or broth

For serving:
boiled potatoes
fresh bread (optional)
