Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice and cook it halfway, then let it cool.
  2. Mix minced meat with rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove seeds.
  4. Stuff each pepper with the meat mixture.
  5. Place peppers in a pot or baking dish.
  6. Pour tomato sauce over them, add a little water if needed.
