
Ingredients:
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g ground walnuts
- 200 g unsalted butter, softened
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For Coating:
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, ground walnuts, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add the butter and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls or crescents.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes.
- Dust generously with powdered sugar while still slightly warm.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
