Hungarian Mushroom Soup

  1. Sauté base:
    Heat butter in a pot and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and become tender.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in paprika.

  2. Pour in broth, add dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
