
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, and oil.
- Gradually add flour, whisking until smooth and thin.
- Let batter rest for 15β20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat thinly.
- Cook 1β2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
- Stack cooked crepes and keep covered.

- Nutella or chocolate spread
