- Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Make the Cheesecake Mixture
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Blend in vanilla and sour cream.
- Assemble
- Pour cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of cherry pie filling on top.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the cherries into the batter. (Don’t overmix!)
- Bake
- Bake 30–35 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate 3 hours (or overnight!) before cutting.
- Serve & Enjoy
- Slice into bars, garnish with whipped cream or extra cherries if desired 😍

- Swap cherry for strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry filling
- For a thicker bar, use an 8×8 pan
