1. Make the cheesecake filling

In a bowl, beat together:

  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Heavy cream/sour cream
    Mix until smooth and creamy.

2. Fill the egg rolls

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper like a diamond.
  • Add 1–2 tbsp cheesecake filling in the center.
  • Add 1 tbsp cherry pie filling on top.
  • Fold the bottom point up, fold in the sides, then roll tightly.
