
🧀 Túrós Csusza (Hungarian Cottage Cheese Noodles)
Ingredients:
- 300 g wide egg noodles
- 250 g cottage cheese (or farmer’s cheese)
- 150 ml sour cream
- 100 g bacon, diced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Serve immediately while warm.Ingredients:
Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain well.
In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Reserve a little bacon fat if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the hot noodles with the cottage cheese and sour cream.
Add the crispy bacon and mix gently.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
