  • 2–3 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green pepper (optional)
  • 1 tomato (or 1 tablespoon tomato paste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Water or broth as needed

For the Reszelt Házi Tarhonya (grated homemade tarhonya):

  • 2 eggs
  • 200–250 g flour
