- 500 g ground pork (or pork + beef)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 slice white bread or 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, soaked in milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp flour (for coating)
- 3–4 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
