  • 2 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 750 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried dill (or fresh if available)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
