Cake Base:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) oil
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Filling:
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 g) butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1/2 cup (120 g) dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat Oven
350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper. - Cake Batter
Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add oil and milk, mix well.
Fold in sifted flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder gently. - Bake
Pour into pan and bake 20–25 min. Cool completely. - Prepare Filling
Heat butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. - Chocolate Topping
Melt chocolate with butter and pour over filling. - Chill & Slice
Refrigerate 1–2 hours. Cut into squares before serving.
