
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, fruit, cookie crumbs
Instructions
- Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Add mix-ins if using.
- Pour into a container, smooth the top, and freeze 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Scoop and serve.
