Hungarian Cream-Stuffed Cannelloni

Ingredients:

• 12 cannelloni tubes
• 1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Cook cannelloni tubes according to package instructions and let cool.
2. Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Fill cannelloni tubes with the cream mixture.
