Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice or potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef
    Heat oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add Aromatics
    Stir in onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Combine
    Add cooked rice or potatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add Cheese
    Sprinkle cheese over the top, cover, and cook until melted.
  5. Serve
    Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
