Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth and thin.
  2. Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to coat thinly.
  4. Cook until edges lift, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
