
Perfect Air Fryer Roast 🔥🥩
Ingredients
- 1.2–1.5 kg (2½–3 lb) beef roast (chuck, sirloin tip, or round)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
Instructions
- Prep the roast
- Pat meat dry. Rub with olive oil.
- Mix all seasonings and coat roast evenly.
- Preheat air fryer
- 190°C / 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Cook
- Place roast in basket.
- Air fry 20 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 15–25 minutes until desired doneness.
- Rare: 52°C / 125°F
- Medium-rare: 57°C / 135°F
- Medium: 63°C / 145°F
- Rest
- Remove and rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Tips
- Brush with melted butter after cooking for extra flavor 🧈
- Add potatoes or carrots in the last 15 minutes
- Slice thin against the grain
