🥗 Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
  • Paprika, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, celery, onion, bell pepper, and eggs if using.
  4. Mix until well coated.
  5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
