
🥗 Classic Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
- Paprika, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, celery, onion, bell pepper, and eggs if using.
- Mix until well coated.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
