🥣 Instructions

1. Cook the potatoes

  1. Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender (about 10 minutes).
  2. Drain completely and set aside.

2. Make the creamy custard

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • eggs
  • heavy cream
  • milk
  • salt & pepper

Stir in HALF of the grated cheese.


3. Assemble

  1. Grease small baking molds or a round dish with butter.
  2. Add the cooked potatoes.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over them.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese + parmesan.

4. Bake

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–40 minutes,
    until the top is deeply golden and caramelized like the photo.

5. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with fresh chives.
Serve warm — the texture is creamy, cheesy, and melts in your mouth!
