1. Make the pancakes:
- Whisk flour, eggs, milk, sparkling water, salt, and oil into a smooth batter.
- Cook thin pancakes in a lightly greased pan. Set aside.
2. Prepare the filling:
- Sauté onion in oil until soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in paprika.
- Add chopped meat, tomato paste, broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until thick and flavorful.
3. Fill the pancakes:
- Spoon filling onto each pancake.
- Roll or fold into parcels.
4. Make the sauce:
- Mix sour cream, flour, paprika, and broth.
- Heat gently until smooth and slightly thickened.
5. Finish:
- Place filled pancakes in a baking dish
- Pour sauce over
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes (optional)
