
🧾 Ingredients:
- 600 g chicken breast or skinless thighs (cut into pieces)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tomato (chopped) or 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 200 ml low-sodium chicken broth
- 100 ml light sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)

👩🍳 Instructions:
- Sauté base:
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onion until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly. - Add paprika:
Remove from heat and stir in paprika (prevents burning). - Cook chicken:
Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat.
- Build flavor:
Add tomato and green pepper. Cook for a few minutes. - Pour in broth, season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Make it creamy:
Mix sour cream (or yogurt) with flour, then stir into the pan. - Cook gently for a few minutes (don’t boil).
