🧾 Ingredients:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60 g butter (melted)
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
  • 1 tbsp rum (optional, helps reduce oil absorption)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Oil for frying

For serving:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Apricot jam
