🧾 Ingredients:

For the dough (or use store-bought strudel/phyllo):

  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch salt

For the filling:

  • 250 g ground poppy seeds
  • 120 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon

For the brown butter:

  • 120 g butter

For finishing:

  • Powdered sugar
