  • 400 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g ground walnuts
  • 150 g sugar (for filling)
  • 200 g apricot jam
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter (for glaze)

  1. Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Cut in butter, add egg, knead into dough. Divide into 3 parts.
  2. Roll out and bake first two parts at 180°C for 10–12 min.
  3. Mix walnuts, sugar, vanilla for filling.
  4. Assemble: layer 1 + half jam, layer 2 + walnut mixture + rest of jam, layer 3 on top.
  5. Melt chocolate with butter, pour over top.
  6. Chill, then slice and serve.
