Stewed Chicken Feet with Dumplings – Don’t Lose This Recipe!

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil and sauté the onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic, then remove from heat and stir in paprika.
  3. Add chicken feet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add tomato, pepper, tomato paste, bay leaf, and water.
  5. Simmer on low heat for 1.5–2 hours until tender and rich. Stir occasionally and add water if needed.
  6. Mix eggs, flour, salt, and water into a thick dumpling batter.
  7. Drop spoonfuls into boiling salted water and cook until they float. Drain.
