Spicy Chicken Feet – Don’t Lose This Recipe!

Instructions:

  1. Clean the chicken feet well, remove nails, and rinse.
  2. Boil them for 10–15 minutes, then drain.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger.
  4. Add chili paste and stir for flavor.
  5. Add chicken feet and mix well.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
  7. Add a little water and simmer for 30–40 minutes until soft and sticky.
  8. Add fresh chilies at the end for extra heat.
  9. Cook until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.
  10. Serve hot or cold as a spicy snack.
