
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium chunks. Place them in a pot, cover with water, add salt, and cook until they start to become tender.
When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the pasta directly into the same pot with the potato cooking water. Stir gently and let everything cook together so the pasta absorbs the potato flavor and starch.

Add the paprika-onion mixture into the pot with the potatoes and pasta. Mix gently and let it simmer for a few more minutes so the flavors combine and the sauce becomes slightly thick.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper. If needed, add a little extra hot water to keep it slightly saucy.
