
Instructions:
- Mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Add oil or melted butter and whisk well. Let rest 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to form a thin layer.
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Fill with jam, chocolate, cottage cheese, or any filling you like.
