Csirkepaprikás is one of the most iconic dishes in Hungary. It’s made with tender chicken simmered in a rich onion-paprika sauce, finished with sour cream for a silky texture.

🍗 Chicken Paprikash
- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces) or 6–8 chicken thighs
- 2 large onions (finely chopped)
- 2–3 tablespoons lard or oil
