Mini Cranberry & Brie Phyllo Tarts

Directions:

Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange tart shells on a baking sheet.

Make Cranberry Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Let cool.

Assemble Tarts: Place a cube of Brie in each phyllo shell, then top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

Add Rosemary: Sprinkle chopped rosemary evenly over the tarts.

Bake: Bake 8–10 minutes until phyllo shells are golden and cheese is melted.

Finish with Honey: Drizzle each tart with honey and, if desired, sprinkle with orange zest.

Serve: Let cool a few minutes before serving.
