
Instructions:
- Make the pancakes:
- In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt into a smooth batter.
- Let rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Cook thin pancakes in a lightly oiled pan (like crepes). Set aside.
- Prepare the filling:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
- Add paprika, then the chopped cooked meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in sour cream and mix until creamy.
- Fill the pancakes:
- Place filling in the center of each pancake.
- Fold like a parcel (roll or envelope style).
- Prepare the sauce:
- Mix sour cream with paprika and a little broth or water.
- Heat gently until smooth (do not boil).
- Bake (optional but traditional):
- Place filled pancakes in a baking dish.
- Pour sauce over them.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve:
- Serve warm with extra sauce on top.
