
Instructions
- Heat oil or lard in a large pan and cook onions until soft and golden.
- Remove from heat and stir in paprika quickly.
- Add chicken pieces and coat well in the paprika mixture.
- Add garlic, tomato, pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in broth or water, cover, and simmer for 40–50 minutes until tender.
- Mix sour cream with flour until smooth.
- Stir a little hot sauce into the sour cream mixture, then return it to the pan.
- Simmer a few more minutes until creamy.
- Serve hot with nokedli, rice, or bread.
