1️⃣ Prepare the chicken
- Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the creamy garlic sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Add Italian seasoning (and spinach or tomatoes if using).
3️⃣ Combine & serve
- Return the chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta — and watch everyone’s jaw drop 😍
