🧾 Ingredients:

🔸 Sponge Cake:

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

🔸 Chocolate Sponge (optional layer):

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

🔸 Vanilla Custard:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🔸 Walnut Syrup:

  • 100 g ground walnuts
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum (optional)

🔸 Chocolate Sauce:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar

🔸 Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Raisins (optional)
