Hungarian Simple Cocoa Jam Cake – Don’t Lose This Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp plum jam
  • 200 ml milk (2/5 liter approx.)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
  2. Add oil, milk, and plum jam.
  3. Stir until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Pour into a baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then cut into slices and serve.
